Project Overview

The Warwick Street Phase 2 works were a continuation of the streetscape improvement works undertaken in Phase 1 associated with the redevelopment of Chesham House. 

The streetscape improvement works consisted of the following:

• Pedestrianisation of Regent Place between Regent Street and Warwick Street
• Resurfacing the existing carriageway in Warwick Street;
• Repaving the existing footway in Warwick Street and Regent Place using high quality materials;
• Improving pedestrian access through Regent Place;
• Upgrading of street lighting and improving drainage;
• Increasing cycle parking facilities; and
• Reducing street clutter by installing wall mounted street lighting
