Project Overview

As part of the Covent Garden Action Plan, The City Council has implemented streetscape improvements in James Street.

Improvements include the following.

• Relaying of existing granite and Yorkstone paving
• New corduroy paving at the bottom of the existing steps outside the shop frontages to assist the visually impaired.
• Improving existing street lighting
• Replacement of existing entry and exit bollards.
