Project Overview

Planning permission was granted for the redevelopment of 123 Victoria Street within St James's Ward and is pursuant to a section 106 agreement to secure highway improvements.

The highway improvement works include the following:

• Installation of precast concrete flagstones and granite kerbs on Victoria Street, Ambrosden Avenue and Howick Place
• Re-application of badly worn line markings
• Planting of new trees along Howick Place
• Minor upgrades to existing lighting
