Project Overview

As part of the redevelopment of Park House, the City Council secured funding to improve the streetscape surrounding the new development.

Proposals to improve the streetscape around the development include:

• Resurfacing the southern footway on Oxford Street with ASP slabs;
• Resurfacing with Yorkstone and widening the western footway on North Audley Street;
• Resurfacing both footways on North Row with ASP slabs;
• Resurfacing the eastern footway of Park Street with ASP slabs;
• Installing granite sett vehicle cross-overs on Park Street;
• Resurfacing the carriageway on Park street and North Row;
• Planting new trees on Oxford Street and North Audley Street;
• Installing new lighting columns on Park Street, North Row and North Audley Street
• Installing cycle stands on North Audley Street
