Project Overview

As part of the redevelopment of Queen Anne’s Chambers, the City Council secured funding to improve the streetscape surrounding the new development. The streets surrounding the development are Broadway, Tothill Street, and Dean Farrar Street.

Proposals to improve the streetscape around the development include:

• Resurfacing and installing a build-out on the eastern footway of Broadway;
• Resurfacing the southern footway of Tothill Street;
• Resurfacing the western footway of Dean Farrar Street;
• Installing a new pedestrian crossing on Broadway; and
• Installing new lighting columns on Broadway.
