Project Overview

In conjunction with the redevelopment of Torquay House, Highway Improvements on Torquay Street will be undertaken by Westminster City Council.

The works in Torquay Street include:

• Repaving with Artificial Stone Paving (ASP) the south eastern footway adjacent the development and the northern section of footway beneath the Westway flyover;
• New granite kerbs;
• New asphalt surfacing;
• The addition of one new Pay by Phone bay in front of the development;
• Introducing “At Any Time” waiting and loading restrictions at Torquay Street’s junction with Harrow Road, and
• Installing bicycle stands.
