Project Overview

Westminster City Council is improving the streetscape around 92-94 Newman Street with the removal of a redundant vehicular crossing and provide level access into the new development.

The improvement works include:

• Repaving of associated footway outside 92-94 Newman Street with precast concrete paving;
• Installation of new granite kerbs.
