Project Overview

Westminster City Council in partnership with Great Portland Estates is improving the Public Realm streetscape surrounding 30 Broadwick Street (St Lawrence House).

The improvements are to include;

• Repaving footways with new yorkstone paving in Broadwick Street;
• Repaving footways with new paving and granite kerbs in Livonia Street;
• Repaving footways with new paving on the eastern side of Poland Street;
• New carriageway surface in Livonia Street and Poland Street;
• Installation of new curved granite seating in Broadwick Street;
• Installation of 16 cycle racks along Broadwick Street;
• Improved drainage and lighting; and
• Reduced street clutter.
