Project Overview
The project involves public realm improvements in the frontage of Westbourne Park Baptist Church development which has a S106 planning obligation for threshold level checks, and contributions for highway and public realm works. The Developer will submit plans for a threshold level check, but has opted for WCC to design and deliver the scheme. The proposed works include repaving of existing footways on all frontages, construction of widened footway with new cycle stands along Westbourne Park Villas, and construction of vehicle lay by along Porchester Road.
