Project Overview
St. Vincent Street between Marylebone High Street and Aybrook Street is proposed to be converted to footway/ pedestrianised. The proposals are being separately funded by two adjacent developments - 110 Marylebone High Street development paying for the section of St. Vincent Street between Marylebone High Street and Cramer Street, and the Moxon Street Car Park development paying for the section between Cramer Street and Aybrook Street. The main elements of the scheme will be to prevent all motorised transport traversing St. Vincent Street and installing a flush, level surface for pedestrians, paved in granite setts. Lighting and surface water drainage will also be upgraded.
