Project Overview

Proposed scheme is to install a zebra crossing on Horseferry Road, a ‘Copenhagen’ style crossing at the junction of Horseferry Road with Elverton Street to promote pedestrian priority over vehicles, upgrading the refuge islands at the junction of Medway Street and Horseferry Road as well as the waiting and loading restrictions, which will provide improved pedestrian crossing facilities and improve the visibility at the junctions
