Project Overview

Proposed scheme is to provide improved pedestrian crossing facilities at the junction of St George’s Drive and Warwick Way along with improved visibility between all road users. The junction introduces a dedicated pedestrian crossing phase, reduces crossing distance across the road, improves visibility splays, through decluttering and improves road space for cyclists on the approach to junction. As part of this scheme the waiting and loading restriction will also be upgraded which will further prevent vehicles from parking and stopping near the junction.
