Project Overview

As part of the a Section 106 agreement between the developer of Premier House, Dover Street, Westminster City Council has carried out improvements to the streetscape in Dover Street.

The following improvements have been implemented:

• Repaving the footway with artificial stone paving
• Installing a new vehicle entrance to Premier House
• Installing new architectural lighting in Dover Yard
