Project Overview

The proposed scheme aims to improve the pedestrian experience of the community and provide a more accessible environment for all. This will be achieved through the implementation of upgraded footway materials throughout the Fourth Avenue footway, as well as the addition of a rain garden for improved drainage, the installation of new resting points, and the widening of the crossing point at Harrow Road.
