Project Overview

Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvement works on Harewood Avenue and Marylebone Road as a part of redevelopment at 242-246 Marylebone Road. The works will include the following:

• New kerbing and kerb alignment within the extents of development;
• New paving within the extents of development in Artificial Stone Paving (ASP);
• Carriageway resurfacing to tie-in new kerb installation with the existing carriageway and
• Road markings refresh.
