Project Overview

Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvement works on Wells Street, Oxford Street and Adam and Eve Court as a part of redevelopment at Wells House 134-140 Oxford Street. The works will include the following:

• Existing vehicular crossover converted to footway;
• New vehicular crossover proposed within extents of development
• New paving within extents of development in Artificial Stone Paving (ASP);
• New kerbing and kerb alignment within extents of development;
• New tactile paving within extents of development;
• Resurfacing of tree pits for existing trees within the extents of development;
• Carriageway resurfacing in Wells Street and
• Road markings refresh.
