The City Council made improvements to the streetscape and traffic management of Cleveland Gardens & Cleveland Square .

Scope of Works:
To provide an initial design proposal with estimated costs for:
- Providing a new footway in Cleveland Gardens around the north, west and east ends of the gardens.
- Various road marking revisions including parking bays resizing, compliant to
- WCC specification.
- Footway extensions on Cleveland Square for refuse bins
- Junction priority changes
